Financial Policies
We believe that patients should not feel anxious about asking, “How much does it cost?” Your surgery with us should be a positive experience, and you should feel comfortable about the financial aspect of the experience. Please feel free to ask Melody, our patient coordinator, about any questions you may have. She will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
Payment of your fees, co-payments, and deductible are due prior to surgery. Payments are accepted in the form of:
Cash
Cashier’s Check
Visa and MasterCard
Debit Card
Financing Options
We offer several financing options for our patients who desire a deferred payment plan. Care Credit and Surgery Loans are two large, reputable organizations who provide plans that are specifically designed for cosmetic surgery, including no initial payment, affordable monthly payments, and low interest rates. Insurance
We proudly accept Hill Physicians Medical Group insurance. If your surgeon determines that your procedures are medically necessary, we will work with your insurance plan to obtain pre-certification/prior approval. Please keep in mind that pre-certification/prior approval does not guarantee payment from your insurance plan. Payment is based on medical necessity, and this is determined when the claim is submitted. If insurance determines that medical necessity was not met, per the individual carrier’s requirements, you will be responsible for the unpaid portion of your surgery.
